    Slow service. Glacial actually.

    We didn't have a reservation so we needed to go through the full process. That part is always slow. The show part was there were two people at the counter and only 2 people in front of us. It still took almost 30 minutes to get a car.

    Once we had a car, the check out to get to the highway was just as glacial. Despite only 2 people having left before us, there were 3 cars in front of us to leave. This took another 10 minutes to get through.

    The car was in excellent shape, ran well and was comfortable enough.

    If you have no better option, this Hertz location will work. Serviceable but slow.
